These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FileGig platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use FileGig. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FileGig only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or make available through the service.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, store, or share: (a) content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right; (b) illegal content including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities; (c) malware, viruses, or other harmful software; (d) content that facilitates illegal activities; or (e) spam or unsolicited bulk communications. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to terminate accounts without notice.
Payments and Subscriptions
VIP subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or longer-term basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free plan. File sale earnings are subject to the referral and settlement terms described in the platform settings.
File Sales
VIP users may set prices on their files and earn commissions on downloads. FileGig retains a platform fee on each sale as described in your account settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to sell any content you list. FileGig does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileGig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
